Washington, DC—FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III issued a warning on Monday, February 23 that “terrorists are prepared to conduct Mumbai-style attacks on U.S. soil….[raising] the question of whether a similar attack could happen in Seattle of San Diego, Miami or Manhattan.” With rumors circulating throughout the government that the terror chatter level is high, the Director reported “groups could use homegrown radicals, rather than foreign terrorists, to infiltrate the country.”

After the initial airing of the documentary Homegrown Jihad on February 11, Christian Action Network (CAN) is not surprised by the much-overdue warning from Mueller. The CAN offices were flooded with phones calls from local FBI and police offices around the country, many of whom confirmed their knowledge of the camps and conveyed frustration at being able to do little about the Muslims of America compounds because the terrorist group is not recognized as an official terrorist organization by the government.

The shocking documentary “Homegrown Jihad” reveals a 2006 Justice Department document that confirms the existence of 35 terrorist training compounds in the U.S. (marked “Dissemination Restricted to Law Enforcement”). The two-year investigative project that culminated in the production of the documentary by Christian Action Network was sparked when CAN president Martin Mawyer obtained a copy of Sheik Muburak Gilani’s terrorist training video, “Soldiers of Allah” –all other known copies had been confiscated and sealed by the FBI. After traveling to the camps, requesting interviews with the State Department, FBI, and Homeland Security, CAN recently released the controversial documentary showing Jamaat ul-Fuqra (known in the U.S. as Muslims of America) leader Sheik Muburak Gilani professing, “We are fighting to destroy the enemy. We are dealing with evil at its roots and its roots are America.”

The Soldiers of Allah training video teaches American students how to operate AK-47 rifles, rocket launchers, and machine guns; how to kidnap Americans and then kill them; how to conduct sabotage and subversive operations; and how to use mortars and explosives.

With almost 50 terrorist attacks on American soil linked to Jamaat ul-Fuqra—ranging from bombings to murder to plots to blowing up American landmarks—what will it take for the government to protect its citizens from self-professed enemies of Americans? They hide across 35 American cities as innocuous-sounding as Hancock, NY; Red House, VA; and Seattle, WA.

The allegations are serious, which is why Christian Action Network took more than two years to research Muslims of America—going inside the compounds with their video cameras and questions to confront violence and confirm the truth. Their mission? To make Americans aware of the threats and have Jamaat ul-Fuqra placed on the State Department's Foreign Terrorist Organization Watch List, thereby shutting down the camps in the U.S. run by ul-Fuqra's front group, Muslims of America. 

The State Department issued a statement on January 31, 2002, regarding why the group was no longer recognized as a terrorist organization: “Jamaat ul-Fuqra has never been designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. It was included in several recent annual terrorism reports under ‘other terrorist groups,’ i.e., groups that had carried out acts of terrorism but that were not formally designated by the Secretary of State. However, because of the group’s inactivity during 2000, it was not included in the most recent terrorism report covering that calendar year.”

The effect of being removed from terrorist reports? In January 2002 Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was kidnapped and later beheaded while attempting to attend an interview with Jamaat ul-Fuqra leader Sheikh Muburak Gilani.

Was this an isolated incident? Hardly. In March 2003, Fuqra and al Qaeda member Iyman Faris pled guilty in federal court to a plot to blow up the Brooklyn Bridge, and the list goes on.

According to a 2006 Department of Justice report, “Today, Jamaat ul-Fuqra has more than 35 suspected communes and more than 3,000 members spread across the United States, all in support of one goal: the purification of Islam through violence.”

In 2005, The Department of Homeland Security predicted that Muslims of America will continue to strike in the United States-yet they are still not listed on the State Department’s Foreign Terrorist Organization Watch List. “Other predicted possible sponsors of attacks include Jamaat ul-Fuqra, a Pakistani-based group that has been linked to Muslims of America.”

If they are NOW known, then they should be surrounded, apprehended, and revealed in-full to the American people.....

However, the crisis of opportunity looms over the United States by those that want to "keep us safe." Like telling your kids the "Cookie Box" is up there, second shelf, on the right. The truth about the Rhodes Scholarships is not known to the average American who is constantly told by the mass media that Rhodes Scholars (such as former President Bill Clinton) are among “the best and the brightest.”

The Rhodes Scholarships—awarded to Americans and students from other former British colonies—are funded by a trust set up by 19th Century British imperial figure Cecil Rhodes, whose intent was to indoctrinate these scholars with the theme that the American colonies should be reunited with the British Empire and that they should work through “public service” to achieve that goal.

But Rhodes wasn’t just some rich madcap dreamer. His ventures were underwritten by the international Rothschild dynasty operating from the financial district in London known as “The City”—the banking center of the Rothschild controlled British empire that also includes the London School of Economics.

So now a clique of internationalists trained in the idea of extinguishing American independence are ensconced in the Obama administration.

And another Rhodes Scholar, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, is widely touted as the great Grand Old Party candidate to “take back the White House” in 2012. Jindal doesn’t offer “change.” He—like the other globalists in the Obama administration—is part of the problem.

All of this is not a “conspiracy theory.” Rather, these facts are well known to those familiar with what the Rhodes scholarships are really about.

U.S. Army To Buy $6 Million Of Riot Equipment

The U.S. Army is to invest $6 million in riot equipment, a fact that has furthered fears that troops will be used inside the U.S. in order to quell any civil unrest resulting from the ongoing economic crisis.

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, based at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, has a post on the Federal Business Opportunities website, requesting the equipment and has received several notices of interest from potential vendors.

The request titled “84–RIOT EQUIPMENT” outlines the need for hard polyethylene Shin and Chest Guards, shock absorbing Forearm Protectors, Interior leg brace supports as well as knee and ankle protectors.

The ACA asks that the equipment be able to “safely withstand a substantial blow… from non-ballistic weapons or flying debris”.

The Solicitation also states:

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 453998 with a small business size standard of $6M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.

Interested vendors include Irish Brigade inc., manufacturers of hunting and safety gear with facilities located in the heart of Kansas City , Missouri. Federal and Military resource company MCLEARVISION, LLC is another interested party, as is Kentucky based U. S. CAVALRY STORE, INC. 

In our article yesterday we highlighted the fact that Urban warfare training drills are taking place across the country as top analysts as well as officials predict a potential “summer of rage” across Europe and America as civil unrest from the economic fallout builds.

Are such drills really for the purpose of preparing troops for foreign combat zones? Undoubtedly - but other factors indicate that the drills may very well also be aimed at preparing troops for dealing with mass civil unrest as the economic crisis worsens.

There’s no question that U.S. authorities have been closely observing riots that have toppled governments in Iceland and Latvia and also threatened to do so in several other European countries. The fact that they have contingency plans in place to deal with such scenarios should they unfold in America cannot be disputed.

Indeed, before a media exposé forced them into a denial, Northcom revealed that one of the duties of at least 20,000 active duty troops that are being placed inside the United States would be dealing with “civil unrest and crowd control”.

The U.S. Army War College in November released a white paper called Known Unknowns: Unconventional ‘Strategic Shocks’ in Defense Strategy Development. The report warned that the military must be prepared for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States,” which could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse,” “purposeful domestic resistance,” “pervasive public health emergencies” or “loss of functioning political and legal order.” The “widespread civil violence,” the document said, “would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.”

The Justice Department announced Wednesday that authorities had arrested more than 730 people across the country in a 21-month investigation targeting Mexico’s Sinaloa drug cartel and its infiltration into U.S. cities.

The arrests, including 50 on Wednesday in California, Minnesota, Maryland and the nation’s capital, come amid growing concern in Washington that Mexican crime organizations are out of control and threaten the stability of parts of Mexico and the safety of U.S. citizens.

The Homeland Security Department has developed a plan to send more agents and other resources, and possibly military support, to the U.S.-Mexico border if the drug violence continues to spill over and overwhelm the agents stationed there, a department official confirmed.

The Pentagon is looking into a larger role in bolstering counter-narcotics efforts. Adm. Dennis C. Blair, the director of national intelligence, told Congress on Wednesday that the corruptive influence and increasing violence of the cartels had undermined the Mexican government’s ability to govern parts of its country.

A recent State Department travel advisory warned U.S. citizens about the perils of travel in Mexico, likening the shootouts between authorities and the cartels to “small-unit combat.” The U.S. National Drug Intelligence Center believes that Mexican cartels maintain drug distribution networks or supply drugs to distributors in as many as 195 U.S. cities.

And on Wednesday, Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas), the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, said the recent surge in drug-related violence on the Southwest border “has turned some American communities and neighborhoods into the Wild West.”

“A battle is building on the border, and U.S. citizens are getting caught in the crossfire,” Smith said, calling on House Democrats to hold a hearing on drug-related violence on the border. “Congress must address the violence before more lives are lost.”

February 24, 2009 - An alliance of doctors, dentists, nurses, therapists, researchers, and other medical professionals today announced the formation of Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth and its petition calling for a new investigation into the events of 9/11. Why the slow response by Texas Governor Rick Perry to close down his border with Mexico? Because, he is a participant with the SPP partnership to form the North American Union (NAU), of which two "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" (SPP) meetings in (Waco 2005 & New Orleans 2008) were completed and signed between the governments of Canada, Mexico and the U.S. It also calls for a security perimeter around North America, from the southern border of Mexico and north to the Canadian arctic region, including the already Bering Strait between Alaska and Russia.

Governor Rick Perry is NOT listening to Texas residents over the proposed Texas Super Highway that extends from Mexico, through the proposed Hub of Kansas City (to be managed by the Mexican government) and north to Canada. Texans don't want it, and they are trying to stop the state and federal government from the land grabbing in effect. The Texas Super Highway is a North American initiative that expands NAFTA, considered by some economists as a failed agreement that has contributed to our economic crisis.

The crisis, solution and the results.....

The crisis is spilling-over into the United States, our soverignty is at stake with civil war in Mexico, drug routes being expanded into the U.S., kidnappings are on the rise, Phoenix has approximately 1.5 kidnappings a day by Mexican gang/drug cartel, and all out terror along the border has law enforcement and ranchers worried.

Considered a worse situation than what is happening in Afghanistan and Iraq, if for any reason, Americans (here) are getting killed, and the cartel terrorists are using grenades and high powered weapons. The Mexican military have assisted drug smugglers in the past. As a Minuteman, I know first hand that Mexican military assist drug smugglers. Bottom line...that is an invasion by a foreign military.

Solution will come, when the federal government a.k.a. corporate America, comes to the rescue with THEIR plan. I am sure the plan has already been mapped-out and the "powers at be" are waiting for all out terror. The Patriot Act was written days before 9/11, according to Congressman Jim McDermott, stating: "they had all this on the shelf somewhere, ideas of things they would like to do and they got 9/11 and they said "its our chance, go for it!" Is this illegal immigration, drug cartel violence and civil war a convenient allowable crisis in the making for an end result? Are we all pawns in this chess game?  

What is likely, when all hell breaks loose in the U.S., and civil war erupts between Texans and Mexican drug cartels, the Obama administration will come to the rescue with an announcement that "under the SPP, we are now initiating the agreement of the (SPP) North American Union, whereas, both the Mexican and U.S. military will engage the drug cartel as one military fighting unit under the NAU (SPP) agreement." And we will see Obama's ratings go through the ceiling, while we lose our constitution in the process. Much the same scenario as the fire fighter arsonist that starts the fire and happens to be the first-on-the-scene to save the day.

The result.....

About the same time that our dollar collapses, illegal aliens marching in our streets, throwing fire bombs and turning vehicles over, demanding Amnesty, the SPP agreement will be initiated and the borders erased. The constitution will all-of-a-sudden become null and void (as far as they are concerned), the United Nations will introduce a new constitution, the Amero currency will gradually replace the dollar, if not the already planned global currency, and we'll watch their New World Order plans unfold. But not so fast Mr. Rothchild et al "Bilderberg/Carlyle Group" Kissinger types!!  

Individual states, five so far as of today, (New Hampshire leading) are NOT going to acknowledge the NAU (SPP). Up to as many as twenty additional states are seriously debating individual state sovereignty measures of "secession" in-order to keep the federal government at bay, much the same way they did in the past when the speed limit issue of 55 miles per hour restriction was lifted by the states, in protest of federal intervention to keep the speed limit at 55, and threatened accordingly by the federal government with the defunding of road projects. The protesting states, raised their speed limits, and the federal government followed suit.  

Americans need to wake-up, you're being conditioned with a border crisis that is very real, but politically useful....worse than in Afghanistan, and ignored by the federal government, for now. Accept the implementation of the North American Union and the upcoming "Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act" (Amnesty) of 30 million illegal aliens, or deal with the border violence yourself ! And that is exactly what Texans have in mind and they are preparing for the worse. The Alamo has risen again...

Homeland Security official affirms Mexican drug cartel violence has spilled over into Texas

"Yes, absolutely it has occurred; there's no question about it," McCraw said after a hearing before the House Committee on Border and International Affairs.

McCraw answered lawmakers' questions about Gov. Rick Perry's request for another $135 million for border security operations on the same day Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott asked lawmakers for a new tool to help bring down transnational gangs that threaten border communities.

During the border committee meeting, state Rep. Joe Moody, D-El Paso, asked McCraw whether some incidents that have been reported in the El Paso area would be considered elements of spillover violence from Mexican drug cartels.

Moody asked, among other things, if threats against American citizens, individuals seeking treatment at U.S. hospital for injuries sustained in Juárez and Mexican nationals seeking asylum would be evidence of spillover.

McCraw said yes.

"Anything that involves cartel activity that impacts Texans on this side of the border is, by definition, spillover violence," he said after the meeting.

McCraw told lawmakers, though, that Texas has a contingency plan to deal with large-scale violence and that local, state and federal agencies are working to prevent that from happening.

Earlier Monday, state Sen. Tommy Williams, R-The Woodlands, and state Rep. Aaron Peña, D-Edinburg, filed a bill they said they hoped would make doing business in Texas harder for drug cartels.

Along with Abbott, the legislators urged their colleagues to approve a bill that would give the attorney general expanded authority to seize guns, drugs and cash that are the lifeblood of human and drug smugglers.

"This bill is going to give us the ability to put these kinds of criminals out of business by taking the very thing they are trying to make," Abbott said.

Though such seizures can currently be made in criminal cases, the legislation would allow the attorney general to pursue seizures in civil court, where the burden of proof is less stringent, Abbott said.

Williams said the measure would help ensure that violence from the cartels stays south of the Rio Grande.

"The body count is stacking up along the border," he said, "and we don't want this to spill over into our state anymore."

Then Gov. Janet Napolitano vetoed a bill that would have made the presence of illegal immigrants in Arizona a felony offense. She claims she was responding to the wishes of local police chiefs and sheriffs who want immigration arrests to remain the responsibility of the federal government.

The new bill would have expanded the state's trespassing law to let local authorities arrest illegal immigrants anywhere in Arizona, one of the country's busiest illegal entry point. The legislation passed through the state legislature but was summarily blocked by the Democrat governor.

In a letter to lawmakers, Napolitano said she opposed automatically turning all immigrants who sneaked into the state into criminals and that the bill provided no funding for the new duties.

But critics say she was being disingenuous with her statements. One police commander claims she failed to mention that entering the US illegally is already a crime, albeit a misdemeanor. In addition, reentry into the US once an alien is deported is already a felony in the US.

Besides illegal aliens, the bill would have put more teeth into Arizona law to deal with human smugglers and de facto slave-traders.

"It is unfortunate that the Legislature has once again ignored the officials who are most directly affected by illegal immigration and instead has passed yet another bill that will have no effect on the problem but that will impose an unfunded burden on law enforcement," Napolitano wrote in a press release.

However, when she declared a state of emergency in Arizona last year, following the lead of another Democrat governor -- Bill Richardson of New Mexico -- Gov. Napolitano spent millions on her deployment of National Guard troops on the Mexican border. Political analysts believe she declared the emergency in order to criticize the Bush Administration as did Gov. Richardson.

In fact, Richardson declared a state of emergency and then deployed a whopping 54 New Mexico National Guard soldiers to aid the beleaguered local law enforcement officers. One police chiefs said he's seen more guardsmen deployed for a snowstorm than for Richardson' "state of emergency."

Supporters tough border security said the new bill would have provided Arizona with an opportunity to start gaining control of its vast border problems by providing a second layer of enforcement to catch the tens of thousands of immigrants who slip past federal agents each year.

Republican Sen. Barbara Leff of Paradise Valley, who proposed the bill, said the governor had painted herself as tough on illegal immigration by declaring a state of emergency at Arizona's border, but had taken little action to back up her rhetoric, according to the Washington Examiner.

"I don't think the governor wants to do anything about this problem," Leff said at the time. She said the bill would have been a means to detain illegal immigrants until federal agents can pick them up.

The Democratic governor, accused by her Republican critics of being soft on immigration, has vetoed other immigration bills from the GOP-majority Legislature during her tenure, including a proposal to give police the power to enforce federal immigration laws. She's also provided services for illegal aliens and is a proponent of drivers' licenses for illegals.

While immigrants provide the economy with cheap labor, Arizona spends tens of millions of dollars each year in health care and education costs for illegal workers and their families. An estimated 500,000 of the state's population of about 6 million are illegal immigrants.

While defenders of illegal immigrants tell the American people that these unlawful workers pay taxes, some immigration experts say illegal are usually paid off the books by their employers so there are no federal or state tax deductions. And because of tax laws passed to help low-paid workers, they aren't taxed even is they declare their wages to the Internal Revenue Service.

Up to 28 percent of the work force in the country is paid in cash, meaning as many as one in four don't have federal and state payroll taxes withheld, which creates the kind of economic unpredictability that potential employers tend to avoid, according to economic experts.

Then Gov. Janet Napolitano's veto of the new bill is an about face considering her past speeches in which she told voters she would have two state police squads focus on alien smuggling cases. Both plans offer millions of dollars to communities to thwart illegal entries, and money for combating gang-related border crime.

State police in Arizona already work near the border. An average of 27 state police officers are near the border at any given time, assisting federal authorities in looking for fugitives trying to leave the country and people attempting to bring ill-gotten cash and stolen vehicles into Mexico.

Advocates for state and local action said the idea will not fix Arizona's vast immigration problems, but would discourage some people from sneaking across the border.

"If the federal government isn't going to do the job and Arizona is footing billions of dollars a year for illegal aliens, it makes sense for the state to get involved," said Ira Mehlman, spokesman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform, which favors limits on immigration.

Meanwhile, opponents of tough border security are already harping on racial profiling saying it would increase if officers unfamiliar with immigration law were to try and enforce it. They also say it could make investigating crime harder in immigrant communities, because fewer aliens would cooperate with police for fear of being sent home.

Whenever cornered during a debate over law enforcement, liberal-left activists will always bring up the "racial profiling" issue whether it's germane to the discussion or not. It puts the proponents of law enforcement on the defensive since the debate then becomes one in which the debater must prove he or she is against racial profiling.

And what's happened to the career of Janet Napolitano? She's been appointed to head the federal agencies responsible for immigration enforcement.

Texas needs our help folks, the federal government does not want to "offend Mexico"

Over 12 killed last week in Reynosa, just across the border. The drug cartels are on the move and securing drug routes inside the United States. They intend to take advantage of our economic crisis, and our lack of national security.

Watch the movie trailers (below) and you will get a sense of what happens in Reynosa, happens in Dallas, (soon) Memphis and elsewhere. Over 100 U.S. retired residents, residing in Baja, Mexico have been ORDERED off their land by the Mexican government, where they have 99 year leases, but own their structures. Mexico is using the excuse that they have to build a highway, but have not offered an alternative for them, citing economic problems in Mexico and pending civil war.

The U.S. State Department has issued an advisory to be cautious....instead of telling parents "DO NOT allow your children to spend Spring Break in Mexico."

The violence and killings are worse in Mexico, and the kidnappings in Phoenix (1.5/day), far exceeds what is happening in Iraq and Afghanistan, but yet our out-of-control government turns a blind eye in-order to appease 30 million illegal aliens represented by La Raza, La MeCha, and LULAC.

In the meanwhile, the National Guard are busy in the Middle East, and the Iowa National Guard have more important things to do in Arcadia, Iowa...April 2nd, going door to door for a week of mock gun grabbing drills. Not the Texas National Guard you say?? No call to duty there!! What's more important to America right now?? Our borders or Iraq's border?

The war in Mexico is the biggest single threat to our national security!
**********Last year there was more than 5300 recorded deaths in the drug wars in Mexico.
**********January alone, this year, almost 500 dead.
**********In Mexico City, there is 400 to 500 kidnappings per day, many resulting in death.
**********Right now, there is doubt that the Mexican government can survive the onslaught of the drug cartels.
**********I believe it will become necessary for the US Government to become more directly involved in the
war in Mexico.
**********The critical nature of the situation in Mexico has been downplayed or might I say swept under the rug,
but that will become impossible in the coming months as the war expands as the cartels fight for a smaller
and smaller market in the USA as the economic crisis becomes full-blown.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,138 pounds marijuana valued at $906,960, a Chevrolet Astro

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,711 pounds of marijuana valued at $1,368,800, a 1996 Peterbilt tractor-trailer, and arrested a USC at the traffic checkpoint in Falfurrias, Texas. A Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer and agents subsequently discovered 68 bundles of marijuana concealed within a load of produce.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 3,803 pounds of marijuana valued at $3,042,400, a 2002 Kenworth tractor-trailer, and arrested a USC at the traffic checkpoint in Falfurrias, Texas. The subject presented himself and the tractor-trailer for inspection, and a Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer. A subsequent search revealed 161 bundles of marijuana concealed within a load of strawberries.

Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Gila Bend, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject had felony arrest warrants issued in the State of Georgia and also had prior convictions for rape and aggravated assault.

Marfa Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,752 pounds of marijuana valued at $1,401,456, a 2007 Kenworth tractor-trailer, and arrested a national of Canada at the traffic checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas. The subject presented himself and the tractor-trailer for inspection, and a Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer. A subsequent search revealed the marijuana concealed in 20 cardboard boxes packed in the trailer.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,366 pounds of marijuana valued at $1,092,400, a 1997 Volvo tractor-trailer, and arrested a USC at the traffic checkpoint in Falfurrias, Texas. The subject presented himself and the tractor-trailer for inspection, and a Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer. A subsequent search revealed the marijuana concealed in black plastic bags on top of boxes of broccoli.

Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 4,191 pounds of marijuana valued at $3,352,880, a Chevrolet Silverado, three rifles, and arrested four USCs near Hickiwan, Arizona. An agent observed what appeared to be bundles of marijuana inside a local residence. Agents were granted access to the residence by the owner and subsequently discovered two rifles, along with 148 bundles of marijuana in the garage area, and in the Chevrolet Silverado.

Laredo Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,225 pounds of marijuana valued at $980,400, and a 1994 Ford truck near Zapata, Texas. After agents attempted to stop the truck, the driver drove the truck through a fence, and absconded. Agents discovered the marijuana in the abandoned truck.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico, seized 4,417 pounds of marijuana valued at $3,533,600, and a 2005 Peterbilt tractor-trailer at the traffic checkpoint near Falfurrias, Texas. The subject presented himself and the tractor-trailer for inspection, and a Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer. A subsequent search uncovered 266 bundles of marijuana inside the trailer. Records checks revealed the subject had two active arrest warrants issued in the State of Texas.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,109 pounds of marijuana valued at $886,800, a 1995 Freightliner tractor-trailer, and arrested a national of Cuba at the traffic checkpoint near Falfurrias, Texas. A Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer and agents subsequently discovered 89 bundles of marijuana concealed within a load of avocados.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested a USC, 15 illegal aliens, and seized a 2001 Freightliner tractor-trailer at the traffic checkpoint in Sarita, Texas. A Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer, and a subsequent search revealed the 15 illegal aliens inside.

Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents, with the assistance of Customs and Border Protection officers and Douglas Police Department officers, arrested four illegal aliens from Mexico, two USC’s, seized a 1994 Cadillac, and recovered an AK-47 automatic rifle, ammunition and narcotics near the Douglas, Arizona Port of Entry.

Del Rio Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested a USC and four illegal aliens during a vehicle stop near Carrizo Springs, Texas. The USC was identified as a member of the Mexican Mafia gang. Records checks revealed the subject had an extensive criminal history and an active warrant of arrest for robbery issued in the State of Texas.

El Centro Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Calexico, California. Records checks revealed the subject was previously removed from the United States and had an outstanding warrant of arrest for lewd acts with a child issued in the State of California.

Laredo Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested a USC and seized 1,691 pounds of marijuana valued at $1,352,560, and a 2003 Wabash tractor-trailer at the traffic checkpoint near Laredo, Texas. The subject presented himself and the tractor-trailer for inspection, and the marijuana was discovered in a false compartment.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 1,328 pounds of marijuana valued at $1,062,400, and a 1995 Ford Aerostar van near Mission, Texas. Agents observed suspicious activity involving the van near the Rio Grande River, and attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. The driver failed to yield and abandoned the vehicle near the river, fleeing on foot into Mexico. The marijuana was found inside the vehicle.

Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Kuakatch, Arizona. The subject was identified as a member of the El Sureno Gang. Records checks revealed the subject was previously removed from the United States, and was convicted of drug offenses.

El Centro Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Calexico, California. The subject was arrested with a group of illegal aliens, and claimed to be an undercover news reporter researching alien smuggling. Further investigation revealed the subject was not a news reporter.

Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents provided first aid and assistance to illegal aliens involved in a single vehicle rollover accident near Douglas, Arizona. The aliens flagged down agents and led them to the accident site. Emergency medical services (EMS) were notified and responded. All five subjects were taken to local hospitals for treatment. One person was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The United States Navy and the U.S. Department of Defense have decided that their Northwest Training Range Complex, in the State of Washington, should be expanded, and have devised a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), dated December 2008, for public review and comment.  The expansion of their area of operation will include all of the State of Washington, all of the State of Oregon, part of the state of Idaho, and Northern California.  This area will also include large areas of the Pacific Ocean from California to the State of Washington. (The map designating this program area also extends throughout Northern California to the San Francisco Bay Area under a “warning area” designation.)

The U.S. Commander of the Pacific Fleet has given American citizens and residents of these states only a very short time to comment on their draft EIS:  Published on December 30, 2008, with a final public comment deadline extended to March 11, 2009, this document is approximately 1,000+/- pages in length with attachments.  In addition to a short comment time the Navy limited public hearings to five, with only one held in Oregon, one in California, and no scheduled hearings to be held in Idaho.  The Navy has allegedly failed to place information about this EIS in major newspapers or inform our elected representatives about this program.

Thus, citizens in California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington are asking for a realistic extension of time to read, study, and comment on this decision by the Navy and the Department of Defense, past the March 11, 2009, deadline.  It should be noted that most elected representatives in California and Oregon were not aware of this EIS or the consequences of this action by the Navy.  The Navy should hold additional public hearings.

The Navy has declared that this draft was distributed to our elected representatives.  If so, then why haven’t our elected officials spoken up to defend our rights to be heard, required more public meetings and hearings in California, Washington, Idaho (where not one was held), and Oregon?  The U.S. Navy, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet have decided, without our consent, that that are going to use the Pacific Ocean off the Coast of California, Oregon and Washington and the land over four states to test weapons of war.  They did not contact Senator Harry Reid of Nevada to obtain permission to use the Nevada Test Site for these warfare experiments.  Instead they decided to use public lands, the Pacific Ocean, private property, wildlife, and humans as test subjects for warfare testing in four states.

The Navy also has decided to contaminate our air, water, and soils with the chemicals used in these programs.  They fail to list many of the chemicals that are to be used in these programs.  Thus, under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting a complete listing of all chemicals that will be used during these testing programs.  It is easy for the Navy EIS to state that they can mitigate for such toxic usage but fail to disclose a complete listing of said chemicals. Also copies of contamination studies conducted at other military test sites where contamination problems were found and at bases (like Fallon Air Force Base), should be made public.

The draft EIS does not fully address the potential environmental impacts on multiple resources, like air quality, water resources, airborne acoustic environment (on land and in the ocean), biological resources, marine and terrestrial impacts and human health and safety.  Without a complete understanding of their programs it is impossible to determine any impacts…thus, their EIS states that “…there are no significant impacts…”  This statement is made throughout the entire document even though many of the chemicals used are highly toxic.

With the failure of the EIS to identify all of the air quality, water quality, and soils impacts of their programs this EIS appears to be a whitewash designed to stampede this program through as fast as the Navy can implement it.  And in listing only a few of the EPA list of toxic chemicals that will be released by military aircraft (like jet fuel emissions), the Navy has avoided any discussion of negative impacts on air and water quality.  It is not sufficient to state that our air is already polluted and that additional pollutants will make no difference in air quality.

There is a short listing of hazardous materials, air pollutants, and pollutants from munitions, expended materials, and radioactive materials to will be used in this project.  I am requesting a complete listing of all chemicals that will be used by the Navy, Air Force, and any other branch of the Department of Defense in this project.  Inshore and offshore detonations may or may not be considered hazardous – however, until a complete listing of these chemicals is provided to the public there can be no public discussion of their hazard to public health, marine life, wildlife, public drinking water sources or our oceans.  The avoidance of making this specific list public leads one to believe that these hazardous materials and chemicals are toxic and do pose environmental hazards.  (California laws regarding toxic chemicals are more stringent than those in other states.)

It is interesting that Table ES-5 Summary of Effects (Page ES-16) – Hazardous Material does not list the name of any hazardous materials but tells the public that there is no problem with their use.  How is it possible to have a summary table and list none of the chemicals to be used during the Navy program? They do note petroleum products, heavy metals, and combustion products but fail to list all of them along with the number of pounds or gallons to be used each year.

The public and marine life in the ocean will be subjected to various sonar and aviation noise, target noise, surface ship noise, weapons and target noise, EOD (no definition found), and underwater explosions.  The Navy does admit that marine life will be harmed.  However, harming our food supply, (fish like salmon), or the whales is not deemed important by the Navy, as they are expendable according to the EIS. 

The Navy and the Department of Defense have decided that massive warfare expenditures for testing war products and weapons using marine life and the public as guinea pigs is in our best interest.  And since a lot of the equipment and other items to be tested are experimental this leads one to believe that they are testing them on us for the first time to see how they work and if the public is harmed by their usage. 

Just when did the citizens of the United States agree to be warfare test subjects when the Nevada Test Site and/or Area 51 which could be used for these tests?  And why use the Pacific Ocean which is a migratory haven for our food supply and valuable marine life – including those that migrate along the Pacific Coast?  And if this Navy project is approved and the health of the citizens, marine, or wildlife is threatened, who will be held responsible for this action and its negative consequences? The EIS does not give the public standing to say no to this project or the consequences of being used as guinea pigs during the testing.  In addition, the EIS does not state how long the testing process will last – providing us with the information that once implemented testing could be conducted forever in these areas.

I am requesting, under the freedom of information act, answers to the above questions, listings of the chemicals used and their exact harm to the public, animals, marine life, water supplies, trees, agriculture, and soils.  This includes information on whether or not depleted uranium, red and white phosphorus, weather modification and mitigation chemicals will be used, whether or not atmospheric testing will occur along with aviation over-flights and bombing runs.  Will sonic booms rattle our homes and low flights of planes shake our houses and wake us up at night?  I am also requesting complete documentation and information on Electronic Combat Training and how it will impact human health. Noise and electronic levels should also be made public.

My freedom of information act request also includes the following questions:

1)    Will aluminum coated fiberglass be used (CHAFF) and how many pounds will be released each year?

2)    What are the health effects of Chaff particulates on humans, wildlife, soil and water?  Please provide a study on these human and wildlife health effects.

3)    Will weather modification or mitigation programs be initiated during the Navy program?  If so, what chemicals will be used in this program?

4)    Will jets be allowed to fly at heights that leave persistent jet contrails that exacerbate global warming and change our climate (NASA Studies)?  What impact will these programs have on California climate?

5)     A complete listing of jet fuels to be used (+ additives), and the components of said jet fuel with information on the number of chemicals released and their impact on human health, agriculture, soils, water supplies, and wildlife. (Include JP-8, JP-10, and other new experimental jet fuels.

6)    A complete study of depleted uranium showing human health and animal health effects.

7)    A complete study of the health effects of the compounds listed in Table 3.3-5 Page 3.3-11 and definitions of RDX and HMX (use and toxicity).

8)    Toxicity of Red and White Phosphorus – humans, wildlife, soils, water supplies, marine life.

9)    A complete listing of the propellants, explosives, pyrotechnics, chemical and riot agents, and smoke canisters (type of smoke and toxicity) is requested.  And a complete listing of ground-based and atmospheric obscurants which will be used in these programs and their toxicity.

10) How much money will Washington, Oregon, California and Idaho be reimbursed for hazardous waste disposal and other toxic site clean-up from the Navy and the Department of Defense?  It is requested that the reimbursement be 100% if this program is initiated.

11) A complete listing and studies of the synergistic effects of all chemicals used in the Navy program with associated health effects.  This includes cumulative and synergistic effects as well.

12) Studies of the synergistic effects of project chemicals on bioaccumulation in fish and other marine food supplies. 

13) Will northern California Maxwell MOAs ( Military Operation Areas 1, 2 & 3), be used in this Navy Project?  If yes, what will be the actions taken over these area by all branches of the military?

14)  What effects will bomb blasts in the Pacific Ocean be on the San Andres and other California earthquake faults?

A rough study of the EIS leads one to believe that the Navy and the Department of Defense intends to leave behind a toxic pea soup of chemicals and other toxins in their wake, along with the human health effects and dead marine life.  Many areas of California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho would be contaminated from these experiments through airborne and water migration across these regions.

It also appears that nothing would be spared in testing weapons of war on the public (with the Nevada Test Site and Area 51 available for much of this testing and the Atlantic Ocean also available near Washington, D.C.).  It appears that these Western States will be sacrificed for building and testing more weapons of mass destruction.  Remember that sacrificing California, Washington, Oregon and Idaho is just the beginning…your state will be next.

I am requesting that the State of California be excluded from this Navy project.  Citizens in all four states should say “no” to this proposed project and others like it.    Contract your elected representatives today and let them know how you feel about this project.  We are appealing to Congressman Mike Thompson, Senators Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein to delay this project, allow more time for public comment, hold hearings in Mendocino County and hold hearings in other northern California counties, and to eventually oppose allowing California to become part of this costly, toxic warfare project.   END

Last year, George Bush by executive order started the importation of 1,000 Sunni and Shia Muslims into the USA every month. Consequently, we imported 12,000 Iraqi refugees. Those same refugees have fought and killed one another in Iraq for the last 1,000 years. That same executive order jumped those import numbers to 19,000 refugees in 2009.

In the past week, President Barack Obama signed another $20.3 million bill to import Palestinians from war-torn Palestine. It might be appreciated that Muslims loathe Jews as a cultural paradigm.

What can go wrong when we allow hundreds of thousands of people who have been, as Mark Steyn said, "marinated" in a "sick death cult," who voted for Hamas, and 55 percent of whom support suicide bombings live here and at the American taxpayers' expense."

Obama signed the "presidential determination" which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States on January 27, 2009 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4, 2009.

Capitol Hill gave zero attention to an order that provides a free ticket supplements with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

Already, we import 100,000 legal immigrants every 30 days. We tolerate 100,000 illegal criminal aliens every 30 days into America whereby we pay $346 billion annually (Source; Edwin Rubenstein, National Research Center thesocialcontract.com) for their transport, housing, food, spending money, transportation, medical and educational costs.

But to import violently angry Shia and Sunni refugees along with Hamas suicide bombers from Gaza illustrates how totally bizarre and out of touch Obama proves in his actions—along with a somnolent Congress.

We will not survive the coming ethnic conflict in our country. We will fall and crack into more pieces than Humpty Dumpty. The coming race riots will make Rodney King and Watts look like first grade garden parties.

Fox News journalist Joshua Rhett Miller reported last week, "Muzzammil Hassan, right, founder of Bridges TV, was charged with murder in the beheading of his wife, Aasiya Hassan, left, in Orchard Park, N.Y.

"The estranged wife of a Muslim television executive feared for her life after filing for divorce last month from her abusive husband, her attorney said" and was found beheaded Thursday in his upstate New York television studio.

"Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37, was found dead on Thursday at the offices of Bridges TV in Orchard Park, N.Y., near Buffalo. Her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, has reportedly been charged with second-degree murder."

"She was very much aware of the potential ramification of her filing for divorce might have," said attorney Elizabeth DiPirro, whose law firm, Hogan Willig, represented Aasiya Hassan in the divorce proceeding. "But she wanted to proceed despite the potential for it to erupt."

"DiPirro said the couple had "physical confrontations off and on" for their entire eight-year marriage that had recently escalated to death threats. The grounds for divorce were "cruel and inhuman treatment," DiPirro said, referring to multiple prior incidents of abuse. She declined to elaborate.

"We were worried about the situation becoming volatile," DiPirro said.

It might be noted that Mr. Hassan attempted to show the softer, gentler side of Islam to U.S. audiences. However, it appears his passion got the best of him. Under Sharia Law, he would not be charged. Hassan represents dozens of "Honor Killings" in the USA in the last few years as Islamic immigrants gain greater numbers.

Lamm continued, "I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural sub-groups living in America reinforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities."

"Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50 percent dropout rate from high school."

"My sixth plan for America's downfall would include dual citizenship and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other—that is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful or stable society is against most historical precedent. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks: "The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic Games."

Lamm continued, "Next to last, I would place all subjects off limits—make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of 'diversity'. I would find a word similar to 'heretic' in the 16th century—that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like 'racist' or 'xenophobe' halt discussion and debate."

With this latest executive order, America stands in the cross hairs of its own beheading brought on by its own presidents and blatantly thick Congress.

The truth about the Rhodes Scholarships is not known to the average American who is constantly told by the mass media that Rhodes Scholars (such as former President Bill Clinton) are among “the best and the brightest.”

The Rhodes Scholarships—awarded to Americans and students from other former British colonies—are funded by a trust set up by 19th Century British imperial figure Cecil Rhodes, whose intent was to indoctrinate these scholars with the theme that the American colonies should be reunited with the British Empire and that they should work through “public service” to achieve that goal.

But Rhodes wasn’t just some rich madcap dreamer. His ventures were underwritten by the international Rothschild dynasty operating from the financial district in London known as “The City”—the banking center of the Rothschild controlled British empire that also includes the London School of Economics.

So now a clique of internationalists trained in the idea of extinguishing American independence are ensconced in the Obama administration.

And another Rhodes Scholar, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, is widely touted as the great Grand Old Party candidate to “take back the White House” in 2012. Jindal doesn’t offer “change.” He—like the other globalists in the Obama administration—is part of the problem.

All of this is not a “conspiracy theory.” Rather, these facts are well known to those familiar with what the Rhodes scholarships are really about.
